About Timber
From ThunderstoreMeadworks building: build camera, flooring options and area repair, with server-controlled cheats. Required on all peers.
Timber
Build from a movable camera, place fire and processing stations on wood floors and repair touching pieces together. Camera reach, flooring behavior and optional building cheats follow the server's settings.
Features
- Press Shift+B, or left trigger+right stick on gamepad, to toggle a build camera within your station's area using normal hammer rules.
- Move around the build with terrain collision, axis inversion and world-relative movement; extra camera reach defaults to 95 m beyond native reach.
- Opening inventory returns control to your character; other windows pause the camera.
- Pick up eligible items near the camera, use a following Wisplight and adjust circlet light color or shadows; Magpie pickup rules apply when installed.
- Fires On Floors and Smelters On Floors allow fireplaces, fire-comfort pieces and smelter-type stations on wood floors; both start on.
- Floors Are Roofs provides shelter below flooring, and Floors Dont Decay prevents floor rain damage; both start on.
- Optional Area Repair starts off: one successful hammer repair also repairs up to 64 touching damaged pieces, checking their stations and wards.
- Ignore Support, Free Build and Build Everywhere start off and require server permission; ward restrictions still apply.
- Preview-import supported camera/flooring settings with
timber import; camera and flooring modules step aside for the corresponding supported mods.
