(Somewhat) Balanced Decorative Storage

Just nerfs The OP Decorative Storage from QP Chisel Tools into oblivion.
I originally wanted to just reduce them to their normal spoilage stats but due to the way the decorative storage items are coded I couldn't get it to be perfect or even close so I just nerfed them to be pretty much unusable for any other food item but cheese.

 

(Also no, the mod icon is not about QP, QP was very helpful when I chatted with them!)
