CO Bear Armor Tweaks

Allows for the construction and repair of body part-specific bear armor pieces.
Description
Requires Combat Overhaul: Armory in order to function.
Adds bear armor pieces for each limb slot, which can be individually crafted from bear pelt sections [8 sections = 1 huge hide]. Armor pieces can be repaired with their corresponding pelt type.
