Better Bloomeries

Adds 3 tiers of bloomeries made with refractory bricks.

• Tier 1 bloomeries drop 10 tier 1 bricks on average (vanilla bloomeries drop 9 on average).
• Tier 2 bloomeries drop 11 tier 2 bricks on average.
• Tier 3 bloomeries always drop all 12 bricks.

Bases/Chimneys of different tiers can be mixed, but cannot be used with vanilla bloomeries.
