Bloomery Tiers

Craft bloomery bases and chimneys using refractory bricks. These bases/chimneys are much more likely to return the full amount of bricks when broken, with tier 3 guaranteed to be lossless.

Bricks must be the same (can't mix brick types), but base & chimney types can be mixed for functional bloomeries.

 

Only tested with 1.21.5, but happy to support/build for other versions if there is demand
