Caremelldansen Bell

Adds Caramelldansen by Caramell (2001 Swedish Original) over the bell's alarm, listen, and walk sound effects.

While making this a client-side mod would be the responsible, sensible, and correct thing to do, I've set it to Both so that clients connecting to a server get this mod too. That way, you can prank your friends.

Also adds Caramelldansen to the "echo chamber" sound effect from the chapter 1 story location but muffled, echoey, and very much in the background. Guaranteed to get a chuckle out of you.
