Carry On More (deprecated)

A small mod to add Carry On compatibility for other mods.

Patches for the following:

• Extra Chests - Added config option to allow carrying on back
• Better Crates - Removed in v1.3.0
• Sortable Storage - including carryable sortable trunk
• Bricklayers
• Vanilla Variants - Added in 1.4

When AllowExtraChestsOnBack is true then players can swap ExtraChests to their back slot.
