Cave Spawning Only

Originally this was part of <span style="color: #2880b9;">Better Jungles</span> mod, because mobs were constantly spawning under the tree canopy, but I decided to make it a standalone mod to give people more flexibility on how to play, and the other mod that did this wasn't working when I tried it. (I added dinosaurs to my jungle world to maintain the difficulty, but you play as you want)

This doesn't effect spawning from temporal storm, or scripted spawns by mods such as Better Ruins.
