Cracked Rock is Weak

This mod makes cracked rock quicker to break.

I quite enjoy playing with rock instability but found the logic conflicting for fallen rock to become cracked rock without it being any weaker or easier to break.

By "fixing" this with a simple patch, the mod also enables a quicker type of quarrying for loose stones if a world has cave-ins enabled.

The mod can be easily configured by going into the only patch-file it contains and changing the resistance value found inside. By default, the mod sets cracked rock to a resistance of 3, which should be half of what normal rock would have.
