Craftable Sticks 1.17.9

Tired of gathering sticks from trees even after you've invented the saw? Find it frustrating that you are at no point able to make the process more efficient? Me too, so I decided to change that.

Allows you to cut sticks out of boards, 2 per board by default (that's 24 per log).
