Crops Grow Half Speed

Simple mod that roughly doubles the time it takes for crops to grow, and increases nutrient consumtion. Intended to make food stockpiling more challenging and realistic.

Does not alter berry bushes or fruit trees.

Compatible with Just The Pepper as of version 1.2.0.
