You can place chiselled block into a slot to make your own windows with display/storage slots

There is a newer version of this mod
Custom Window Storage still works and nothing in your world is going to break. But it is no longer being updated - everything now goes into its replacement, Window Display. That is a ground-up rewrite: free item placement instead of fixed slots, an edge-mounted version of every window, tall windows two and three blocks high, candles that keep burning where you put them, and a good deal more.
You do not have to tear anything down. It is a separate mod with its own block codes
You need all three for the full thing.

Requirements & Important Info
Config Update: [Error] [WindowStorageLib] Failed to load config, using defaults. Error: Input string '1.0' is not a valid integer. Path 'RainSoundVolume', line 5, position 24. To fix this, remove the modconfig file to generate the new version (Added by Window Storage Lib)
Linux Users: For issues with Linux, please update to the latest version of Window Storage Lib (1.2.3 or above) where it has been fixed. Thanks to Toyota for helping me with testing!
