Drifters Throw Nerfed

Makes the stone throwing attack less accurate and reduces the velocity a bit, works for all drifters variants.

I know we all love and cherish the now iconic 100% accuracy stone throwing ability of the drifters, but figured there might be someone out there that might like a slight nerf to it.

Adjust values in the config or with the commands:

/drifter_inaccuracy 30 (How many degrees the aim can be off, 20-45 are good values)

/drifter_throw_velocity 85 (percentage value where 100 is the default stone throw velocity/speed - lower value means the stone is slower and travels a shorter distance)

Those are my default values - I tested for 5 minutes so it should be solid.
