Electricity Extensions

Notes for Versions Beyond 1.21.X

I will not be actively updating this mod nor the Electricity Mod going into the future. I will likely maintain these mods whenever I get the urge to play Vintage Story more for my own mod pack. I will not be expanding this mod into the future.

Summary

Collection of extensions for the Electricity Mod. These are features that I wanted to contribute to the original mod, but didn't want to cause clutter.

Features

• Smarter Electric Forge: Adds a new Electric Forge that only uses electricity when it's actually smelting something.
  • Called "Electric Forge (Sensor)"
• Electrical Metal Blocks (0.0.3 and above): Makes blocks that are solid and made of metal conduct electricity.
  • No more issues trying to pass electricity through walls
  • Give machines/forges power through the floor
• Block Lamp (0.0.9 and above): Adds a Full Block Version of the Lamp from the base mod.
• Oven (0.0.4 and above): An Electric Firepit.
  • Don't think about the melting point of copper to hard. (Oven can reach 1100, Copper's max is 1084)
  • Animation for the front door opening coming at some point.
  • Version for Smelting Specifically is planned.

  • All Temperatures and Power Consumption are modifiable in the "electricity-extensions.json" Mod Config File

This mod Requires the Electricity Mod.

If the Electricity Mod is outdated, there will be a built version included on my github here.

This mod is required on both client and server.
