Players' eyes glow in the dark.

Description

Always watches, no eyes

Works with PlayerModelLib too!

Glowing is off by default. Players with the grantrevoke permission (admins), can make the eyes glow via 

/player playerName grantglowingeyes numberBetween1and255

You can revoke the glow via

/player PlayerName revokeglowingeyes

There is also a config if you want to enable it by default for everyone (EyesGlowInTheDark.json):
