Fendragon Blacksmith Gloves

<span style="color: #d35400;">FendragonBG </span></span>(<span style="color: #d35400;">Fendragon Blacksmith Gloves</span>) is a mod that adds blacksmith gloves with practical quality-of-life bonuses for smithing 🔨

The gloves allow the player to safely hold hot items without dropping them, effectively behaving like built-in tongs. This makes forging and handling heated workpieces much more comfortable and fluid.

The mod also includes compatibility with SmithingPlus: while the gloves are worn, the player receives a smithing quality bonus, increasing the durability of forged or repaired tools. The bonus value is configured server-side only, ensuring fair multiplayer balance.

For debugging and verification, the /fndrsmithing command shows:

• the current durability bonus,

• whether the gloves are detected,

• whether SmithingPlus compatibility is active.

The mod is lightweight, non-intrusive, and designed as a clean QoL extension for blacksmith gameplay.

Рукавиці дозволяють безпечно тримати гарячі предмети, не випускаючи їх з рук, так ніби то гравець використовує щипці. Це робить процес кування та роботи з розпеченими заготовками значно зручнішим.

Мод також має сумісність з SmithingPlus: коли рукавиці одягнуті, гравець отримує бонус до якості кування (міцності створених або відремонтованих інструментів). Розмір бонусу налаштовується тільки на сервері через конфіг і не може бути змінений клієнтами.

Для зручності передбачена команда /fndrsmithing, яка показує:

• поточний бонус до міцності,

• чи визначені ковальські рукавиці,

• активність сумісності з SmithingPlus.

Мод не втручається у ванільний баланс і працює як розширення з якісними QoL-покращеннями для ковалів.
