Forest Symphony Server and Client side patch

Originally, the Forest Symphony mod was created by salywater and was client-side only. However, to ensure a unified and stable gameplay experience, this patch makes the mod required on both the client and the server (Client-Side and Server-Side). Furthermore, the server will now automatically offer clients the option to download it.

I only modified the modinfo file so that my server can automatically provide this mod to connected players. If the original creator, salywater, asks me to remove it and offers an alternative way to make the mod available to all clients, I will immediately take it dow n.
