Havest Ice

There are a few mods that make use of ice but having to travel 20k blocks for some glacier ice when you have perfectly fine ice at your doorstep in winter seemed unreasonable.

Patches the lake ice block to be harvestable with any base game saw and unless vanilla changes that block somehow in a weird way compatible with almost all versions going forward.

Future plans may be to include a custom ice saw model and item. But those are far off plans
