Makes the tool animations 50% faster for Salty & Toast's Immersive: Mining

What It Does

• Increases tool animations to be about 50% faster.
• Animation speeds are based off of update 0.2.20 (newest) default tool speed values.
• All tools are 1.5x faster except for shovel, which is 1.05x faster.

Compatibility

This is an asset patch not a full mod replacement, Salty & Toast's Immersive: Mining is required.
This should work with any version compatible with the same game versions, but if any issues do happen due to updates, let me know and I will update.
