Kobold Traits Redefined

TBy TheTwitchSniper

Make the kobolds, more kobold...y.....like D&D kobolds

Description

Kobold Traits Redefined

Kobolds have always survived in the shadows of larger peoples. Beneath ruined mountains, beside the crumbling walls of forgotten halls, or huddled at the edges of human settlements, they endured through cunning, scavenging, and sheer persistence.

Kobold Traits Redefined rebuilds kobolds into a more mechanically distinct race, giving them specialized racial traits, environmental adaptations, class identities, and meaningful strengths and weaknesses that shape how they survive in the world.

This mod is designed for players who want kobolds to feel agile, fragile, tribal, and deeply tied to either the surface frontier or the underground depths.

These creatues are small, fast, and ambush focused rather then direct combat.

Requires: Kobold Player Model Redux

Features

Distinct Kobold Racial Identity

Kobolds are no longer simply “small humans.”

They are:

  • Faster and more agile

  • More vulnerable in direct combat

  • Sensitive to cold temperatures

  • Naturally proficient with primitive and tribal weaponry

  • Specialized toward scavenging, mining, crafting, or destructive labor

  • Adapted toward either surface survival or subterranean living

Their smaller stature is enforced for visual and gameplay consistency.
