Less Aggressive Bears

I like how powerful bears are and think that if you poke a bear you should definitely find out about it but I didn't like how aggressive they were. They aren't blood crazed maniacs in reality so this is an attempt to add a warning state to bear behaviour rather than instant bloodlust. If you see them up on their hind legs roaring at you then it's a sign to back off. Get too close and they'll get ya though! No more bearscares from halfway across the forest (hopefully). 

 

This is definitely an early alpha stage and could do with a lot more testing and tweaking so please give it a go and let me know what you think. It's currently just a JSON patch so it's not mega fancy but hopefully will make bears less infurating.
