Design Philosophy

Rather than doubling inventory space or adding unrealistic capacities, Moderate Backpacks provides modest increases to early-game storage and more meaningful upgrades for advanced backpacks.

This keeps inventory management relevant while making long mining trips, exploration, and resource gathering less tedious.

This mod only changes backpack slot counts and does not alter recipes, durability, weight, or any other gameplay mechanics.

Important !!! : Existing backpacks are not modified retroactively. Only backpacks created after installing the mod will use the new slot capacities.
