More Blood Thingies!

This is a neat addon for Expanded Foods and Butchering, (thank you so much you two,) that bridges the gap between butchering's bloodbread and expanded food's dough additives. You can now add blood to any of your kneaded doughs, and they will become blood dough that can be used for the same purposes. Currently adds blood muffins, blood fruit dough, blood pasta, blood dumplings and blood soft dough that can all be used in further recipes. Blooddough is now made exclusively in a mixing bowl, and can be given the same additives as normal dough. (plus blood as an extra ingredient)
blood can be reduced by simmering to make blood syrup, a protein-rich syrup replacement. Also added bloodwort and bloodka, alcohol made from fermenting/distilling blood.
pies made with blooddough crust give a 1.25x satiety boost.

Pies can achieve a 1.3x satiety boost when using blood fennel dough from Blood Fennel Compatibility
