Configurable mod adding a random chance to get more charcoal pieces from a layer of charcoal.
Description
Config
PercentChanceForMoreDrops (Default: 10) - Every time you harvest a layer of a charcoal block, you have a percent chance (out of 100) to drop more than 1.
MinExtraDrops (Default: 2) - The lowest number of charcoal lumps that will drop when the percent chance is rolled. (Number of extra drops is between this and MaxExtraDrops.)
MaxExtraDrops (Default: 2) - The highest number of charcoal lumps that will drop when the percent chance is rolled. (Number of extra drops is between MinExtraDrops and this.)
SplitStacks (Default: true) - Whether to drop each lump individually or collapsed into 1 lump as an itemstack. Mostly visual, but could have a small impact on performance.
