More enemy loot

Adds more loot to drifters, bells and sawblade locusts. Bronze/Corrupt locust unchanged.

Drifters will now drop loot on death instead of having to harvest it with a knife. Higher tier drifters will drop better and more loot.

Updated and working again as of March 30th, 2026, and expanded to cover Bowtorn and Shivers.
