Panning But Better

Makes panning better overall by adding a few much-needed things to the list of pannables, while also adjusting some panning rates to make it less annoying. Doesn't break the balance too much, but you'll find better loot overall.

 

Adds and changes the following to the Panning Drop Table (basic panning):

Decreases the chances of panning basic stone (20% -> 0.1%)
Limestone can now be panned (22% Chance)
Increases the chances of panning Flint (11% -> 17%)
Feathers can now be panned (8% Chance)
Obsidian can now be panned (4% Chance)
Cattails and Cattail Roots can now be panned (4%, 1% Chance)
Pumpkin Seeds can now be panned (0.5% Chance)
Flint Arrowheads and Spearheads can no longer be panned
Borax can now be panned (0.05% Chance)
Flax Fibers can now be panned (1% Chance)
Beeswax can now be panned (0.5% Chance)
Increases the chances of panning Copper Arrowheads and Copper Spearheads (1% -> 2%, 0.4% -> 1%)
