Re-enables Nadiya's Hairstyler when using PlayerModelLib
Description
PlayerModelLib disables the hairstyler interface at Nadiya completely.
This mod re-enables it.
I recommend using it together with https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/mod/35242 otherwise it might break. It seems that it is a requirement to have the options available in base charsel
