Racial Equality (Expanded) - Amphitari fix

This mod fixes a bug in the Racial Equality (Expanded) mod that causes textures to disappear on frogs' outerwear.

Now your frogs won't freeze in winter and will delight your eyes with their outfits.

The mod is a fork of the parent mod, the original mod is not required to work.
