Changes 

 

Cold 

• Adds the Wetness debuff and the slower rain wetness buildup from
  https://mods.vintagestory.at/realisticwetness 
  
  
•  Increases cold damage to 2 since you can easily outheal it in vanilla 
  
  
•  Enclosed rooms dont warm you up anymore, but they also dont cool you down. So you better start heating during winter
