[Beta]RuneStory - Runescape Inspired Magic

Welcome to ScapeRune! 92 Is Half of 99!

Jokes aside, this is a WIP Magic mod inspired by the rune-based casting system of runescape.

Currently contains over 27 unique spells and 4 elemental damage spells with 5 tiers of magic.
Spells are Learned via resource cost upfront, and castable for minimal costs later at any time.
The player starts with all 'T1' spells learned.

Notice:
The mod, while playable fully in survival, is technically in a beta state, with T5 only having one unique spell. Notably, there is only 1 spell cast sound, and animations are lackluster.
Balance may be slightly over or underpowered. Suggestions welcome in github or by tagging LenKagamine

For Modders: Contains 3 new 'Recipe' types, Spells, which load from /recipes/runespells. These define Spells, what they cost, and their ID. They require a matching named entity that will be summoned on cast.
/recipes/runealtar defines rune altar recipes, which always cost 1 Blank rune per item output currently.
/recipes/refinespell defines recipes to be searched for when using the spell Refine on items in the world.
