Seraph's Stone Pickaxes

This is the more serious version of my other mod <span style="color: #2880b9;">Steve's Stone Pickaxes</span>!

The mod adds stone pickaxes to the early game. They can be crafted much like vanilla stone tools, by knapping harder variants of stones and attaching a handle, either stick or bone.

Vanilla variants: andesite, basalt, chert, granite, peridotite, obsidian, and flint.

Supports <span style="color: #2880b9;">Geology Additions</span> and <span style="color: #2880b9;">Material Needs: Geology</span>!

Allowed variants: diorite, gabbro, and quartzite* from GA, komalite, monzonite, pyroxenite, serpentinite, and syenite from MNG.

Create the pickaxe head through knapping:

These pickaxes are not meant to replace metal ones, as they can only mine stone. You still need a real metal pickaxe to gather ores!

Similar to vanilla, using bone as the handle will result in the pickaxe having slightly higher durability.

Unlike vanilla, pickaxes made from sharp but brittle materials such as flint, obsidian, and quartzite (GA) will mine faster but have lower durability.

Known minor bug: if you also have GA and/or MNG installed, when attaching handles to those variants of the stone pickaxe head (diorite, gabbro, syenite, etc.), the resulting item (the intermediate tool before you attach the binding) will have a bugged texture. But it will look normal once you attach the binding. This does not affect the vanilla variants.
