Simple Saltpetre Solution

Adds a simple and rather vanilla-like way to get saltpetre (or saltpeter for anyone inhabiting the former colonies) from compost based on the nitre bed process.

 

The process involves soaking compost in water for 0.75L Nitrate Solution for each compost and water, then combining it with potash (1:3 potash-to-Nitre Solution ratio) and boiling it to obtain saltpetre. In total, you get 8 saltpetre for every 64 rot, 16 water, and 4 potash.

 

Balance may be off and subject to change, since I have not yet gotten to actually needing saltpetre, but I think the game needs something like this regardless.
