Temperature Height Tweak Patch

forked on github so original creator can pull the fork if he wants to

I didnt change any core code but there was a build misconfiguration that would create errors every time the mod was loaded, also updated to net 10 for 1.22.1. This may or may not have caused the mod to not run properly but I didn't test with the bug in place.
