Thatch + Grass Stack Buff

<pre>Increases the max stack amount to 128 for both dry grass and thatch

The mod doesn't anything new by itself, so should be future-proof.

Mod was made as a split from Thatch Expanded to prevent it being from incompatible/print errors from other mods changing max stack values.</pre>
