Torches Last for 999 hours

Torches Last for 999 hours.

 

My first Mod. 

 

I raised the amount of time given to Torches, Crude Torches and Cloth Torches to 999 in-game hours. 
NOW THEY ARE RAIN PROOF.

Rain has no effect on Torches now.

My first C# code that tells the game to not extinguish torches during a storm. 

Took me a while to figure this out. 

Am excited.
