Tools require binds

Any tool made from any metal material requires a binding to be made, but...

Different bindings affect tool durability similarly to toolworks mod.

Affected tools:

• Axe
• Knife
• Pickaxe
• Shovel
• Saw

Bindings:

• Strips and nails
• Rope
• Flax twine

Works well with most mods, but has some issues with butchering at the moment, so recipes from butchering are not affected.
