Tools Require Rope [Finished]

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">Every tool now requires binding to craft (rope by default, configurable).</span>

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">Automatic compatibility with any mod.</span>

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">Currently it is patching recipes with 2 or 3 ingredients that output tool but don't have rope as recipe ingredient.</span>
