Always Show Map Markers on Compass (Custom + Guild)

Never lose a marker again

Vanilla Palworld only shows placed map markers on the compass once you're already close to them. This mod keeps your pins on the compass at any distance — drop a marker across the map and follow it all the way there, with live distance text.

Features

• Placed map markers (your private pins) stay on the compass at any distance
• Guild-shared markers fully supported, with their own independent setting
• Three modes per marker type: always visible / vanilla range / hidden
• Optional settings for fast travel statues and base camps too
• F7 hotkey cycles guild markers hidden → vanilla → always, live in-game (key and target configurable)
• Prefer a longer leash instead of unlimited? Set a max range in meters (e.g. 2000 = 2 km)

Setup

Configuration (optional)

Edit Scripts/config.lua in the mod folder:

CustomMarkers = "always"   -- your private pins
GuildMarkers  = "always"   -- pins shared with your guild
FastTravel    = "vanilla"  -- Great Eagle statues
BaseCamps     = "vanilla"  -- your bases (Palbox)
MaxDistanceMeters = 0      -- 0 = unlimited, or a cap in meters
Hotkey = "F7"              -- live-cycle key ("NONE" to disable)

Compatibility

• Pure UE4SS Lua — no pak files, no game assets touched, no conflicts with UI or texture mods
• Client-side only: works in singleplayer, co-op, and on any dedicated server (the server needs nothing installed)
• Everything reverts instantly if you unsubscribe — nothing is permanently changed
