Combines Celesdir and Celedir Noct Partner Skills. (The partner skill description is not changed.)
Skills Celesdir - This Pal's Attack and Movement Speed increases by (2~6)% for each other Neutral Pal in your party. When in party, recovers Health of the player and Party Pals by (0.15~0.75)% per second. (Does not stack)
Celesdir Noct - While in party, the Pal fighting alongside you gradually loses Health in exchange for (40~80)% Attack increase. (Does not stack)
