Skip intermediate crafting steps and turn unwanted finished items back into materials.

Main features

• Craft from raw materials: uses intermediate items you own first, then covers the shortfall with their ingredients. Only unlocked recipes at the current station are available; recipes from other stations cannot be used.
• Scrollable material list: shows 5 rows by default. Use the mouse wheel to see the rest.
• Instant disassembly: consumes finished items in complete recipe batches and returns all original recipe materials to your backpack.
• Windows dedicated servers: adds multiplayer crafting-task synchronization and server-side disassembly settlement.

How to use

Select a recipe and craft as usual. Click the owned-item count at the top right of the recipe details to switch between crafting and disassembly, then choose the batch count and confirm.

Craft or disassemble up to 256 batches at once. Work time follows the finished-item recipe, with no extra time added for intermediate items.

Installation

For dedicated-server play, install matching versions of this mod and UE4SSExperimentalPW on both the Windows server and each player's client, then restart both sides.

Configuration

Edit [noparse]Mods/NativeMods/UE4SS/Mods/BetterWorkbench/Scripts/config.lua[/noparse] under your Palworld installation, save your changes, then fully exit and restart the game.

Before you play

Supports single-player, co-op hosts, and Windows dedicated servers. Linux servers are not supported.

When backing up or moving your save, also keep the [noparse]Jobs[/noparse] folder inside this mod's installation folder: unfinished crafting tasks depend on its contents. For dedicated servers, back up the server's [noparse]Jobs[/noparse] folder. Task cancellation, recovery after saving, and controller input still need further in-game verification.

Without the UE4SS log, I cannot diagnose and fix bugs. Please attach the complete [noparse]UE4SS.log[/noparse] from the session where the problem occurred.

In Steam, right-click Palworld → Manage → Browse local files, then open [noparse]Mods\NativeMods\UE4SS\UE4SS.log[/noparse]. For example, with the game installed on drive G: [noparse]G:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Palworld\Mods\NativeMods\UE4SS\UE4SS.log[/noparse]

Use your own drive letter and Steam library location. Copy the log before launching the game again so the record of the problem is not overwritten.
