The Nexus version of finally uploaded to steam workshop, renamed since it's more of a rework to humans work suitabilities and capture rates with genders added for mods to work alongside... Still Palschema, now a one-click install.
Adds work suitabilties to all human NPCs i could find in the game, within reason both gameplay-wise and balance-wise, without overshadowing most pals... You can use work books to increase their work suitability levels.

As with most mods that add genders to things in the game, previously captured NPCs that didn't have genders still won't have them.
Please let me know if any humans are missing from the entries, or any potential balance changes you're interested in seeing!
