Enable the mod

Why this version
This uses a restrained 3x spawn rate rather than making every Pal Lucky. It also combines that spawn adjustment with an exact Lucky passive rebalance, so no separate Lucky-stat mod is needed.
Multiplayer
For a Windows dedicated server, install and enable this mod plus PalSchema on the server. The package also supports client/listen-server installation.
Compatibility
Conflicts with mods that edit the Lucky (`Rare`) passive row or `BP_PalGameSetting_C.RarePal_AppearanceProbability`. Lucky remains excluded from Expanded Implant Loot so it cannot be acquired as an implant.
