Max Stack Increase

Increases the Max Stack limit from 9,999 to 99,999 on all items that originally had that cap.

This also includes the stockpile limit at Lumberjack and Mining bases, the amount that piles up on-site before you collect it. That limit has also been raised to 99,999.

What this does NOT change

Items that already had a different stack limit (weapons, gear, stack-1 items, etc.) are left exactly as they were. This mod only modifies items that were capped at 9,999.

Existing stacks / storage boxes

The new limit applies immediately as soon as the mod is active, no need to replace chests.

The only thing to keep in mind: item stacks that were already split at the old 9,999 cap before installing the mod will remain as separate stacks until manually merged (sort button, or moving them together). Any items picked up or deposited after the mod is active will stack automatically up to the new 99,999 limit.

What happens if I disable or uninstall the mod?

You won't lose any items or stack data when disabling or uninstalling the mod.

Stacks larger than the vanilla limit are saved normally, so a stack of 99,999 items will remain a stack of 99,999 items even without the mod.

However, without the mod, the game returns to its vanilla stack limit of 9,999 items. If you move a stack larger than 9,999, the game will automatically split it into multiple stacks of 9,999 as needed.

Requirements

None. This is a simple Pak mod, no PalSchema or UE4SS needed.

Multiplayer

Only the host needs this mod installed for it to take effect in the session. For a dedicated server, copy the .pak file into PalServer\Pal\Content\Paks\~mods\
