Turn one eligible Pal passive into one matching implant at the Surgery/Operating Table.

Version 0.3.3 - transaction safety and item validity

• Uses a recovery journal and grants the implant before removing the temporary marker, preventing a failed grant from deleting a passive.
• No longer blindly deletes stale markers during startup; ambiguous recovery leaves player data untouched.
• Extends transaction verification to three seconds and queues overlapping requests instead of overwriting one pending request.
• Removes 19 direct-Gold vanilla Surgery passives that have no functional implant item. They remain available through their normal Gold operations.
• Keeps legacy item definitions loaded for save compatibility, clearly labeled as legacy.

• Now supplies its own Extract Passive operation.
• Surgery Table Passive Remover is no longer required.
• Removed the unsafe passive-card UI mutation behind intermittent crashes, flashing Edit buttons, missing white-category operations, and long stalls.
• Uses Palworld's normal paid Surgery transaction and verifies an exact one-for-one passive change before granting anything.
• Closes the Surgery screen after a successful extraction so Palworld rebuilds it safely when reopened.
• Supports 94 validated implant-backed passives, including Siren of the Void and Demon's Hand.

Lucky and Legend

Safety and compatibility

Unsupported, blocked, or ambiguous transactions are restored and award nothing. Successful grants are journaled before marker cleanup; crash recovery only acts when it can identify one unambiguous target. This mod never manually hides, shows, or repaints passive cards.

Expanded Implant Loot is optional and independent. This extractor does not modify overworld chests, dungeon chests, Alpha drops, or other loot pools, and the two mods can run together.

Custom passives from other mods are not supported unless explicitly included in this mod's passive-to-implant catalog.

Do not disable this mod while a save contains its custom disposable implants. This package supplies their item definitions, so they are unavailable whenever the supplying mod is disabled.
