Tweaksmith: Modularised

The fully rewritten Palworld 1.0 successor to the original Tweaksmith mod.

Tweaksmith: Modularised lets you customise how many items are produced by crafting recipes using one simple text file.

No JSON. No Lua editing. No hidden internal item IDs.

Set exact output amounts, multiply vanilla output, adjust entire crafting categories, or override individual items using plain-English names.

Features

 • Crafting menus display the new output amount before you start crafting
 • The amount produced matches the amount displayed
 • Supports workbenches, furnaces and processing stations
 • Exact output values
 • Vanilla-output multipliers
 • Category-wide settings
 • Individual recipe overrides
 • Plain-English item names
 • Automatic settings reloading
 • Built specifically for Palworld 1.0

Supported Craftables

Built-in support currently includes:

 • Ingots
 • Processed resources
 • Ammunition
 • Arrows
 • Pal Spheres and their variants
 • Cloth
 • High Quality Cloth

Many individual recipes can also be configured separately.

Configuration

Open OutputSettings.txt inside the mod's Scripts folder.

A plain number sets the exact amount produced by one completed craft:

Iron Ingot = 100
Charcoal = 50
Pal Sphere = 10
Handgun Ammo = 60

An x multiplies the normal recipe output:

Polymer = x5
Arrow = x3
Carbon Fiber = x10

Category settings apply to every supported item in that group:

All Ingots = 100
All Ammo = 30
All Spheres = 4
All Cloth = 7

Individual settings override category settings:

All Ingots = 100
Iron Ingot = 25
Refined Ingot = 50

In this example:

 • Most ingots produce 100
 • Iron Ingots produce 25
 • Refined Ingots produce 50

Put # at the beginning of a line to disable it:

# All Ammo = 30

After saving the file, close and reopen the crafting menu to refresh the displayed amounts.

Installation

Subscribe to the mod
Launch Palworld
Open Options → Mod Management
Enable Tweaksmith: Modularised
Restart the game when prompted
This is a separate Workshop release from the original Tweaksmith mod.

Do not enable both versions at the same time.

Important Notes

Tweaksmith changes the amount created by each completed recipe.

It does not currently change:

 • Ingredient costs
 • Crafting speed
 • Work amount
 • Technology unlock requirements
 • Recipe availability

Very large output values may quickly fill station output storage or exceed normal item stack limits.

Workshop updates may replace edited mod files, so keep a backup of your customised OutputSettings.txt.

Compatibility

Tested with:

 • Palworld 1.0
 • Single-player worlds
 • Workbench crafting
 • Furnaces and processing stations

Multiplayer and dedicated-server behaviour has not yet been fully verified.

Mods that alter the same recipe output values may conflict.

Version 1.2.0

 • Fully rewritten for Palworld 1.0
 • Added visible crafting-menu output changes
 • Added workbench crafting support
 • Added ammunition and arrow support
 • Added Pal Sphere categories and variants
 • Added cloth support
 • Added exact values and multipliers
 • Added category-wide settings
 • Added individual item overrides
 • Added automatic configuration reloading
 • Added plain-English item names
 • Retained runtime correction for furnace output
 • Fixed readable-name and internal-ID collisions

Credits

Created and maintained by Cobba.

Built through extensive testing of Palworld 1.0's crafting and runtime output systems.
