Survivor PDA Orchestrator
An adaptive event director for Project Zomboid and Survivor PDA (ProjectRPGExpanded). Runs in single player and multiplayer. The director is disabled by default.
Using PDA Admin
First enable the ProjectRPGExpanded Admin Panel in the game's Sandbox Options. Then open PDA Admin with Shift + F7 (the default key binding) and enable Orchestrator inside the panel. These are separate settings: enabling Admin Panel makes PDA Admin available; enabling Orchestrator starts the director.
Features

Schedules opportunities, threats and rest, using native XP, Mystery Box Hunt, money, material and horde events.
Adaptive pacing remembers survivor tension, shares protection across nearby groups, and learns cautiously from observed horde outcomes. Night Events with sprinters lower director threat chance; quiet time gradually restores it.
Opportunity weights respond to group progression and combat, with a configurable rolling limit on bonuses.
Uses native ProjectRPG rewards, synchronization and event durations. It does not replace or end events started by admins or tickets.
Night Events are independently configurable, disabled by default, and can overlap other events. The default chance is 50% per night; four weighted levels tune container loot chance and sprinter presence. Night Event sprinters take priority over ProjectRPG's World Danger speed classification, and PDA Admin reports the number converted that night.
Admins can start or end a Night Event in PDA Admin. Manual starts require Night Events to be enabled and it to be nighttime.
PDA Admin includes settings, diagnostics, a read-only decision simulation and a control to request an immediate director decision.
English and Brazilian Portuguese follow the PDA language. Extraction Mode support is optional.

Requirements
Project Zomboid Build 42.21+, ProjectRPGExpanded and ZombieBuddy 2.3.4+. Extraction Mode is optional.
