here is how it works:

Can it be played in singlePlayer? YES, in fact, that is the main reason why I started developing advanced menu, when you want to change Game.ini values, save them manually, switch maps, add mutators, it is hard to do in insurgency since you need a mutator. currently, to do it you need to open console ` (tilde key under escape) and write
Open MAP?Scenario=SCENARIO?Mutators=AdvancedAdmin,OtherMutator1,OtherMutator2
for example,
open PowerPlant?Scenario=Scenario_PowerPlant_Checkpoint_Insurgents?Mutators=AdvancedAdmin
