DGL Test Theater

A theater to test changes for the DGL. Once we test and like certain changes, they get put up for a vote by the captains. If we get 66% in support of a change, it is applied to the live DGL comp theater. Link to the live theater: https://mod.io/g/insurgencysandstorm/m/dgl-live-theater

This will change frequently so we can test new things. No guarantee this mod isn't borked at any time.
