Improved Arsenal

Can be loaded by including ImprovedArsenal as a mutator. This is a theater mod, and will only work with co-op Checkpoint for now.

CLASS CHANGES:

- Player classes have access to equipment from both factions.
- Bot classes are allowed to use all of their faction specific weapons and a small number of attachments. Should be compatible with ImprovedAI.

If ImprovedArsenalHC is loaded as a mutator, player equipment is limited and movement speed is reduced by 15%. Recommended starting supply is 15.

If ImprovedArsenalPerks is loaded as a mutator, classes gain specific bonuses:

Rifleman: 10% movement speed bonus.
Breacher: Armor weighs ~30% less and is slightly more protective.
Advisor: Armor, carriers, gas masks, and NVG's have their cost reduced by one point.
Demolitions: 25% explosive resistance.
Marksman: Sniper/Marksman training options for primaries, and carriers provide more sidearm ammo.
Gunner: Carriers weigh significantly less, and provide more primary ammo.

WEAPON CHANGES:

QTS-11:
- Cost increased to 6 supply (from 4)
- Weapon includes an integrated HE grenade launcher. Foregrips can still be used.
- Restricted to Demolitions

QBZ-97:
- 35mm grenades fired from launcher have increased velocity, with slightly reduced damage.
- Restricted to Demolitions

Honey Badger:
- Cost increased to 6 supply (from 5)
- Weapon is integrally suppressed. Muzzle attachments can't be equipped.

AS Val:
- Horizontal recoil increased to 20 (from 10)
- Vertical recoil increased to 26 (from 23)
- 9x39mm damage changed to resemble Honey Badger's .300 BLK

M60E4:
- Foregrips no longer prevent bipod usage
- Cost increased to 4 supply (from 3)

RPK-203:
- Foregrips no longer prevent bipod usage
- Loaded with 40rnd magazines by default

M240B/MG3:
- Loaded with 100 round boxes by default
- Cost increased to 5 supply (from 4)

MP7:
- Cost decreased to 3 supply (from 4)

Tariq:
- Cost decreased to 0 supply (from 1)
- Horizontal recoil decreased to 24 (from 26)
- Vertical recoil decreased to 24 (from 28)

M45A1:
- Cost decreased to 1 supply (from 2)
- Horizontal recoil decreased to 34 (from 42)
- Vertical recoil decreased to 31 (from 38)

M1911:
- Cost decreased to 1 supply (from 2)
- Horizontal recoil decreased to 38 (from 46)
- Vertical recoil decreased to 28 (from 36)

Magazines:
- MP7 ext. mags cost decreased to 3 supply (from 4)
- MP5 ext. mags cost decreased to 2 supply (from 3)
- Vector ext. mags cost decreased to 1 supply (from 2)
- AUG ext. mags cost increased to 2 supply (from 1)
- Uzi drum mags horizontal recoil penalty decreased to 1.4x (from 2x)

Optics:
- 1x pistol optics cost decreased to 1 supply (from 2)

Ammo:
- 20mm grenades fired from the QTS-11 and M1 Garand have increased velocity and reduced projectile drop.
- +1 underbarrel launcher grenade with light carrier, +3 with heavy carrier.

Armor:
- Heavy armor offers slightly more protection from bullets, will generally stop an extra handgun round or 5.56/5.45 round outside of point blank range.
