This mutator will remove all restricted areas. It's an alternative version of No Restricted Area created by tourist1584970446. I have no idea how he made his. This is just an alternative that works exactly the same.
Mutator name: -NoRestrictedAreas
No config need. Just load the mutator and it will remove all the restricted areas.
